鋼鐵與冶金廠防爆電話之典型應用

一貫作業鋼鐵廠涵蓋廣大生產區域,從煉焦、煉鐵、煉鋼到氣體回收、粉煤噴吹、公用系統及廠區管線網絡。各區域通訊條件差異極大:部分場所持續暴露於高溫、粉塵與強烈工業噪音,另一些則涉及可燃介質,如焦爐煤氣、高爐煤氣、轉爐煤氣及天然氣。

因此,鋼廠電話選型不能僅以通話功能為依據。安裝位置、危險區域劃分、通訊線路及異常事件時須聯絡的部門,均影響終端選擇與整體通訊架構。

防爆電話主要安裝於危險區域內的固定通訊點。一般生產區域則依環境條件選用工業電話、IP電話或其他終端,無需全廠使用防爆設備。

煉焦廠與焦爐煤氣處理區域

煉焦是鋼鐵廠中防爆通訊設備最典型的應用之一。焦炭生產、煤氣淨化與輸送涉及焦爐煤氣及相關化學介質,這些區域管線、閥門與製程設備密集,且多數操作點需持續巡檢。

依危險區域等級,防爆電話可安裝於焦爐操作點、淨化單元、煤氣閥組、泵站、鼓風機等操作人員定期檢查或作業之地點。

此類電話的主要目的在於維持現場人員與煉焦控制室間的可靠通訊。例如,若操作員發現煤氣壓力異常、設備異音或閥門位置不符製程要求,可直接由最近之固定電話聯繫控制室,無須返回值班室另尋通訊設備。

當電話整合至中央調度系統時,各終端可依實體位置識別,如「焦爐區03」或「淨化區02」。調度台收到來電時,操作員可立即辨識來源區域,縮短確認位置之時間。

高爐與轉爐煤氣系統

高爐區域包含大型製程設備、高架平台、密集管線及分散之輔助設施。高爐煤氣系統亦含眾多閥門、除塵單元及輸氣管線,故通常需於設備操作區、巡檢路線及煤氣系統關鍵點設置固定電話。

工業噪音為另一重要考量。當鼓風機、除塵器、輸送機械等大型設備連續運轉時,標準電話鈴聲易被背景噪音掩蓋。

此類場所可依需求於防爆電話搭配防爆號角喇叭或聲光警報裝置。控制室呼叫現場電話時,人員不僅可聽到鈴聲,亦能察覺更大之音響信號或閃光警示。

鋼廠高爐與煤氣區域之防爆電話應用
防爆電話、號角喇叭及視覺警報裝置可依危險區域等級、環境噪音及通訊距離,部署於高爐與煤氣系統區域。

是否使用外部號角喇叭或視覺警報,應依現場實際噪音、安裝距離及操作程序決定,而非統一設置於每一電話點。

轉爐煉鋼區域之通訊需求集中於轉爐煤氣回收、除塵設施及相關公用系統。現場終端可連接煉鋼控制室,或納入全廠生產調度系統,使煉鋼、公用、安全及維修團隊依既定通訊結構相互聯繫。

粉煤製備與PCI區域

粉煤製備與噴吹系統之設備選型,有別於傳統可燃氣體環境。

煤之破碎、研磨、儲存及輸送可能產生可燃粉塵。選用通訊終端前,設計人員須先確認安裝點之危險物質與區域等級,再驗證電話之防爆認證是否適用於該特定環境。

典型固定通訊位置包括磨煤機、粉煤倉、輸送系統、PCI操作點及日常巡檢處附近。

應避免常見迷思:「防爆電話」並非自動適用於所有爆炸性氣體環境。氣體與粉塵環境可能需要不同之保護概念、設備標示及認證範圍,故採購應以實際證書與技術文件為準,而非僅憑產品名稱。

除防爆外,粉煤區域尚須考量粉塵堆積、機殼密封、定期清潔及電纜入口與電氣接頭之長期可靠性。

氣櫃、增壓站與公用設施

大型鋼廠通常設有專用公用系統,用於高爐煤氣、焦爐煤氣、轉爐煤氣、天然氣等製程氣體之回收、儲存、混合、加壓與分配。

氣櫃、增壓站、混合站、調壓設施及管線閥組常距主要控制室較遠,且設備切換、閥門操作及日常巡檢均需頻繁與能源或公用調度中心聯繫。

於適當危險區域安裝之防爆電話,可使現場人員直接與公用控制中心、生產調度室、安全或維修團隊通訊。

鋼廠氣體站與生產調度中心間之防爆電話通訊
氣櫃、增壓站及遠端閥站可使用固定式防爆電話,與公用及生產調度人員保持聯繫。

例如,於煤氣管線切換作業中,現場操作員與調度人員需確認閥門位置、設備狀態及各步驟順序。固定電話提供明確之通訊點,不因人員移動而改變。

類似需求亦存在於廠區煤氣管架、遠端閥室、泵站及公用管線沿線。在一貫作業大型鋼鐵廠中,此類遠端點之可靠固定通訊,其重要性可能更勝於一般辦公室電話。

防爆電話如何連接鋼廠調度系統

新建鋼廠與舊廠現代化專案之通訊基礎設施往往差異甚大,故無適用於所有防爆電話安裝之單一連接方式。系統架構應視現場採用IP網路、既有類比電話線路或兩者混合而定。

將SIP防爆電話連接至IP網路

若已具備工業乙太網路,SIP防爆電話可直接連接工業網路交換器,並向IP PBX或SIP調度平台註冊。

典型通訊路徑為:

防爆電話 → 工業乙太網路交換器 → 廠區IP網路 → IP PBX/SIP伺服器 → 調度台

此架構便於為煉焦、煉鐵、煉鋼及公用區域之電話分配統一內線號碼,調度平台亦可按廠區、工場或製程段組織終端。

通話強制插入、強制拆線、錄音、群組呼叫及廣播整合等功能,取決於所選調度平台與終端之能力;僅支援SIP不保證所有進階調度功能均可用。

保留既有類比防爆電話

許多營運多年之鋼廠已敷設大量類比電話線路。若現有現場配線與終端狀況良好,現代化專案未必需要全面更換。

常見遷移架構為:

類比防爆電話 → 既有電話線纜 → FXS語音閘道器 → IP網路 → IP PBX/調度平台

現有兩線式現場電話可繼續使用,而機房內之FXS語音閘道器將類比介面轉為SIP。如此可先升級核心交換與調度平台,再依設備狀況、現場需求及預算逐步更換終端。

整合電話、廣播與無線電通訊

大型鋼廠通訊系統通常不僅包含固定電話,還包括工業廣播系統、手持無線電、集群無線電、聲光警報器及獨立之工場通訊系統。

若各系統完全獨立,異常事件時調度員可能需於電話、無線電及廣播之間反覆切換。

若具備適當介面,可將防爆電話、標準工業電話、SIP廣播系統及無線電資源整合至統一調度平台,使不同通訊方式支援相同之生產與應急作業流程。

防爆電話、IP PBX、廣播及無線電通訊資源,可依系統介面整合至中央生產調度平台。

例如,煉焦區人員透過防爆電話通報煤氣異常後,調度員可立即聯絡安全與維修人員;如需更廣泛通知,則可利用廣播或無線電系統告知相關作業區域。

此架構之目的非僅將所有系統置於單一畫面,其真正價值在於減少通訊管道間之隔閡,使現場通報、人員通知及後續調度動作符合實際應變流程。

鋼廠選用防爆電話應確認之事項

冶金專案選用電話時,僅憑「安裝於煉焦廠」或「高爐附近使用」等資訊並不足夠;即使在同一生產段內,各安裝點之危險區域等級與環境條件仍可能差異顯著。

確認設備前,應檢核下列資訊:

  • 安裝地點: 特定工場、平台、站房或設備區域。
  • 危險區域等級: 適用於該電話安裝點之分級。
  • 危險物質: 環境是否涉及可燃氣體、蒸氣或可燃粉塵。
  • 防爆參數: 保護概念、設備保護等級、氣體組別、溫度等級及認證範圍。
  • 環境條件: 高低溫、粉塵、雨水、腐蝕、振動。
  • 環境噪音: 是否需要外部號角喇叭、增音鈴聲或聲光警報。
  • 通訊介面: 專案採用SIP網路或保留既有類比線路。
  • 後端系統: 電話需連接IP PBX、調度台、錄音系統、廣播或無線電系統。

施工前亦應檢視實體安裝位置。若電話距離實際操作點過遠,或遭大型機械、管線、結構物阻擋,即使規格符合需求,緊急時仍難以及時使用。

鋼鐵冶金廠防爆通訊之關鍵,不在於安裝更多防爆電話,而在於將合適之固定終端設置於真正需要可靠通訊之場所(如煉焦、氣體回收、公用、粉煤系統),並確實連接至相關控制室與生產調度系統。

對於既有類比電話基礎設施之鋼廠,可利用語音閘道器分階段過渡至IP通訊;新建專案則可自始即採用SIP防爆電話、IP PBX及中央調度平台。最終之防爆參數、通訊介面與系統功能,應依危險區域文件、設計要求及現場網路條件決定。
