工業通訊設備是現代生產安全與運營效率中的關鍵組成部分。語音通訊品質直接影響操作指令的準確傳遞以及緊急事件回應的即時性。在複雜的工業環境中,回聲問題已成為最持續且最具破壞性的通訊障礙之一。回聲不僅會降低通話清晰度與使用者體驗,還可能導致通訊中斷、指令誤判,甚至引發嚴重的安全事故。

基於自適應濾波演算法、延遲估計、雙講檢測與殘餘回聲抑制的回聲消除技術,已成為現代工業電話的核心能力之一。當該技術針對嚴苛工業環境進行合理設計與優化後,即使在極端噪聲、電磁干擾、振動與溫度條件下,也能提供清晰、穩定且可靠的語音通訊。


1. 工業環境中回聲問題的特性

工業環境中的回聲行為與辦公或消費級通訊場景存在顯著差異,其複雜性主要源於多種獨特因素。

1.1 複雜聲學結構與超長回聲路徑

地下礦井、化工廠、鋼鐵廠及發電站等工業場所,通常具有大尺度開放空間、金屬結構、管線、隧道以及不規則反射表面。這些特徵會形成高度複雜的聲學傳播路徑,並產生強烈的多徑反射。

與一般辦公環境中 30–100 ms 的回聲延遲不同,工業環境中的回聲延遲可達 100–500 ms,大幅增加回聲消除難度。例如,煤礦井下巷道的聲學反射特性會顯著拉長回聲延遲,並引入時變回聲路徑,使傳統回聲消除方法效果大幅下降。

1.2 電磁干擾與聲學回聲的耦合效應

變頻器(VFD)、大功率馬達與開關電源等工業設備會產生強烈的電磁干擾(EMI),這些干擾可直接耦合進音訊電路,形成複雜的電—聲混合噪聲。

2.2 線性聲學回聲消除(AEC)
