在現代通信系統中,語音品質已成為衡量通信設備性能的關鍵指標之一。此要求在部署於高噪聲環境(如地下礦井、港口、監獄、醫院及大型商業綜合體)的擴音電話與廣播系統中尤為嚴苛。在這類應用場景中,通信系統不僅需要確保語音清晰可懂,還必須同時滿足即時性與高度可靠性的要求。

會話初始協議(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)作為一種基於文本的應用層信令協議,因其結構簡單、靈活性高、易於擴展,已成為現代擴音電話與廣播通信系統的核心協議。然而,SIP 協議本身並不直接解決語音品質問題,語音傳輸的穩定性與可靠性,主要依賴於 SIP 與服務品質(Quality of Service,QoS)機制的深度結合。

其典型架構由四個核心組件構成:
SIP 使用者代理(UA)SIP 註冊伺服器SIP 代理伺服器SIP 重定向伺服器。各組件透過攜帶會話描述協議(SDP)的 SIP 信令消息協同完成會話建立與管理。

1.1 終端註冊

終端註冊是系統運行的第一步。SIP 終端上電後會向 SIP 伺服器發送 REGISTER 請求。伺服器完成身份驗證後返回 200 OK 響應,終端即完成註冊並進入在線狀態,可隨時接收呼叫或廣播會話。

被叫終端回覆 180 Ringing 或 200 OK 響應。伺服器彙總回應後確認會話建立,主叫端與各終端之間隨即建立 RTP 媒體通道。

在廣播場景中,伺服器或媒體閘道會將語音流複製並分發給所有訂閱終端;在對講場景中,系統建立雙向 RTP 流以實現全雙工通話。

語音訊號經編碼後封裝為 RTP 封包,透過 UDP/IP 傳輸。終端接收後解碼並經高功率揚聲器播放。會話結束時,主叫端發送 BYE 請求釋放資源。
