在煤礦、金屬及非金屬地下礦山以及一些化工廠的採礦區域,環境中長期存在甲烷 (CH₄)、乙烷 (C₂H₆) 和氫氣 (H₂) 等易燃氣體,通常還伴隨著高濃度的煤塵。根據《煤礦安全規程》(2022年修訂版)第135條,當井下空氣中甲烷的體積濃度達到5%至15%時,即處於爆炸極限範圍內。在此類危險場所,任何非本質安全型的電氣設備,若產生電火花、熱表面或靜電放電,都可能成為點火源,導致災難性後果。

礦物高風險行業

通訊中斷的系統性風險

傳統的通訊終端(例如普通的類比電話和商用對講機)在其結構設計中未考慮防爆隔離機制。其內部的繼電器動作、撥號脈衝、電池充放電電路等環節容易釋放微焦耳級的能量。實驗數據表明,低至0.28 mJ的能量即可點燃甲烷-空氣混合物(最小點火能,MIE = 0.28 mJ)。一旦通訊鏈路中斷,將直接導致以下後果:

  • 應急指揮聯絡中斷:事故發生後,地面調度中心無法向井下人員發出撤離指令;
  • 態勢感知盲區:無法即時獲取採掘工作面、通風巷道等關鍵區域的人員位置和環境參數;
  • 法規遵循風險:違反《安全生產法》第36條以及《煤礦井下安全規避「六大系統」建設規範》中關於通訊聯絡系統必須「全覆蓋、無盲區、高可靠性」的強制性要求。

根據國家礦山安全監察局2024年的事故分析報告,在過去五年發生的37起重大瓦斯事故中,有19起涉及通訊系統響應延遲或完全失效,平均延遲時間為28.6分鐘,顯著加劇了事故的後果。

法規與標準體系的演進

在全球範圍內,針對爆炸性環境中電氣設備的安全管理,已形成成熟的標準體系。在中國,核心依據包括:

  • GB 3836系列標準(等同於IEC 60079系列):規定了隔爆外殼 (Ex d)、本質安全型 (Ex i)、增安型 (Ex e) 等防爆類型的結構、測試和認證要求;
  • AQ 1070-2020《礦用防爆電話通用技術條件》:明確礦用電話須通過煤安 (MA) 認證,並滿足IP54防護等級、-10℃至+40℃工作溫度等環境適應性指標;
  • 國家安全生產監督管理總局 [2010] 146號文件:強制要求全國所有煤礦完善和改進包括通訊聯絡系統在內的「六大系統」。

值得注意的是,自2023年起,新申請MA認證的通訊設備必須同時滿足新版GB/T 3836.1-2021中對「設備保護級別 (EPL)」的要求,用於I類(煤礦甲烷)環境的設備必須至少達到EPL Ma級別(意味著設備在正常運行和預期故障條件下不能成為點火源)。

技術原理:礦用防爆電話的安全設計機制

礦用防爆電話並非簡單地在普通電話外殼上加裝一個防爆罩。它們從電路拓撲、能量限制、結構密封和信號傳輸等多個維度進行了系統性的安全改造。

防爆型式選擇:隔爆與本質安全型複合設計

目前,主流的礦用防爆電話普遍採用「隔爆外殼 + 本質安全型電路」(Ex d[ib] I Mb) 的複合防爆結構,結合了兩種保護方法的優點:

  • 隔爆外殼 (Ex d):主電路(如振鈴模塊、電源接口)置於高強度的鑄鋁合金外殼內。外殼的接合面經過精密加工(間隙 ≤ 0.15 mm,長度 ≥ 25 mm),以確保如果發生內部爆炸,火焰能被有效冷卻並阻隔在外殼內部,無法點燃外部環境;
  • 本質安全型電路 (Ex ib):用戶通話電路、信號採集模塊等低功率部分採用本質安全設計。通過限流電阻、齊納二極體安全柵等元件,將迴路的最大開路電壓限制在 ≤ 28 V,短路電流 ≤ 100 mA,儲能電容 ≤ 1 μF,從而確保即使在短路、斷路等故障條件下,釋放的能量也遠低於甲烷的最小點火能。

這種複合設計確保了在實現大音量振鈴等大功率功能的同時,保證了人機介面的本質安全性,滿足IEC 60079-1和IEC 60079-11的協同應用要求。

特別是在高噪音的採掘工作面(環境噪音常超過85 dB),傳統的聽覺警報容易被掩蓋。因此,新一代設備普遍整合了聲光雙模式振鈴器,利用高頻LED頻閃(頻率2 Hz)作為輔助提示,顯著提高了呼叫可達性。

能量管理與供電安全

礦用防爆電話通常由調度交換機通過安全耦合器(型號 KTA16A)提供的直流48 V本質安全型電源供電。安全耦合器作為非本質安全的地面區域與本質安全的井下區域之間的安全柵,具有以下功能:

  • 限壓:輸出電壓 ≤ 60 V DC;
  • 限流:輸出電流 ≤ 150 mA;
  • 隔離:輸入/輸出之間的電氣隔離 ≥ 1500 V AC;

此外,一些獨立的擴音對講電話(例如 M252433 型號)內置12 V / 6 Ah的磷酸鐵鋰電池組,可在無外部電源情況下支持連續運行72小時,適用於部署在臨時巷道或緊急避難硐室。

單一的防爆電話只是一個終端節點;其價值只有在整體通訊系統架構的支持下才能實現。現代礦山通訊聯絡系統通常採用三層結構:「地面調度中心 + 井下環形網絡 + 本質安全型終端」。

地面核心層:調度交換平台

  • 分支接線:MHYV型聚乙烯絕緣聚氯乙烯護套電纜,用於巷道內固定安裝;
  • 接線節點:JHH系列本質安全型接線盒 (IP54),用於電纜分支和終端接入,內部採用彈簧卡接,免工具安裝;
  • 網絡拓撲:推薦工業乙太環網 + 本質安全型電話支線的混合架構,環網帶寬 ≥ 1 Gbps,電話支線經安全耦合器接入。
注意:嚴禁將本質安全型電話線路與電力電纜或監控信號線路敷設在同一管道內,以避免電磁耦合干擾和潛在的能量侵入。

終端接入層:多樣化的防爆終端

除了標準的壁掛式防爆電話,系統還可整合:

  • 擴音對講終端:支持語音廣播、緊急呼叫,適用於皮帶巷道、水泵房等無人值守區域;
  • 無線本安手持機:基於Wi-Fi 6或5G專網,配合本質安全型基站實現移動通訊;
